Desktop bitcoin miners built for hobbyists, such as the Bitaxe, give a user a low-cost way to mine at home. But they are built as single, standalone units.
A user who wants more hash power has no easy way to add a second or third unit without buying a completely separate miner and managing it on its own.
We designed BLQCBuddy as a desktop miner with true daisy-chain scaling. A user starts with one unit on their desk. When they want more hash power, they connect another unit directly to the first.
The link uses the same power distribution and networking technology behind our patent work. The result grows with the user, without a hardware redesign or a separate control system for each added unit.
- 01A compact desktop miner PCB design, comparable in scale to a Bitaxe
- 02A daisy-chain power and data architecture that links multiple units
- 03A scalable control system that manages linked units as one system
- 04A design ready for EMSG to carry into production
