A wearable LED light therapy device needs precise control of RGB LEDs in a form a person can comfortably wear.
The company also needed a business structure to protect its intellectual property as the product moved toward manufacturing and licensing deals.
We joined PXL Mask as a co-founder and did the hardware engineering for the wearable device.
We also helped build the legal and IP structure, including limits on the use of the technology, terms for the return of rights and a royalty plan, preparing the product for larger production and outside investment.
